On this episode, Kris and I talk the New Year and holiday season, in addition to outlining the three major problems we see with society. We discuss how to navigate reality tunnels, discerning signal in noise, sitting with thoughts, and how to handle uncomfortable situations.
Gus woke up from his nap as soon as this episode started recording, so apologies if I sound a bit distant. I had to walk him around the office, throw him in the air, distract him with toys, etc. I even get vomited on at one point! Fun times.
